I love this mask! I have been under such enormous stress that my sleeping habits have gone from "sleeps like a stone" to "wakes up at every little thing." This sleep mask has been a ENORMOUS help in my recent insomnia. It has quite literally saved my sanity. I found it very nice that the mask came with little earplugs, too - even though I rarely use them.

It not only blocks light very effectively, but is super comfy on my eyes and face. one little note: I have a small head and big ears (yes, like a monkey) and I found that the mask is sometimes uncomfortable on my ears - if I sleep with the strap too high on my head, it pops off, and if I sleep with it too low, it can hurt my ears a little. I had a cheaper mask for awhile that didn't block as much light, but it did have a thin double strap, so I could put put one above my ears and one below - if I could graft that strap design onto this mask, I would be in sleepy-time heaven.

Great mask but not ideal for side sleepers... - steve - SIMI VALLEY, US, Canada
This mask is wonderful for naps while sitting in chairs or lying flat on your back. As a side sleeper this mask only stayed on about 50% of the time throughout the night, mainly due to its thickness. However, the thickness of the mask makes it very soft & comfortable to wear for extended periods. I use this mask for flights, naps in the car, and meditation sessions. Another benefit is that the mask is so spacious inside that it never rests on your eyes. It does get a little warm in hot weather. I love the fit of this mask. It's my second most used sleep mask.
