The fabric is really nice and soft and a beautiful color. However, it came with two straps and was outrageously tight. I don't have a large head either. I ended up cutting one of the straps off and it works ok.

i've had one of these masks for years and i love it. I get very severe sinus haedaches esp. when the room gets too cold and since we like to sleep in a room below 60 degrees you can see the problem. As long as i have this mask on i never wake in the night in pain. It fits well and i have just purchased another because my husband stretched mine out and i will never be without one!

I was skeptical, but trying everything else, why not this too. It took my frontal sinus headache and tension headache away within 10-15 minutes. I also use it for my neck. I have to get a second one to have at work. If you place the magnets under your neck(those spots on the sides of the cervical spine), it releives tension there too, better than the shoulder wrap.

I love this mask! I have been under such enormous stress that my sleeping habits have gone from "sleeps like a stone" to "wakes up at every little thing." This sleep mask has been a ENORMOUS help in my recent insomnia. It has quite literally saved my sanity. I found it very nice that the mask came with little earplugs, too - even though I rarely use them.

It not only blocks light very effectively, but is super comfy on my eyes and face. one little note: I have a small head and big ears (yes, like a monkey) and I found that the mask is sometimes uncomfortable on my ears - if I sleep with the strap too high on my head, it pops off, and if I sleep with it too low, it can hurt my ears a little. I had a cheaper mask for awhile that didn't block as much light, but it did have a thin double strap, so I could put put one above my ears and one below - if I could graft that strap design onto this mask, I would be in sleepy-time heaven.

This mask is wonderful for naps while sitting in chairs or lying flat on your back. As a side sleeper this mask only stayed on about 50% of the time throughout the night, mainly due to its thickness. However, the thickness of the mask makes it very soft & comfortable to wear for extended periods. I use this mask for flights, naps in the car, and meditation sessions. Another benefit is that the mask is so spacious inside that it never rests on your eyes. It does get a little warm in hot weather. I love the fit of this mask. It's my second most used sleep mask. Overall a good product - JB - Georgia
This mask works well as long as your skin is not currently broken out too badly, or at least that is the way it was for my skin. I originally tried the Blue Flame Purification Mask (another mask by the same brand/company) and this is how I looked at this one. The Blue Flame mask is one I would recommend for skin that is broken out. This would a product for skin that is normal to combination with not as many breakouts. I also did not care for the smell as much, this is the *only* reason I gave it three stars and it would not cause me to hesitate to buy it because I still like the results the mask gives me! I just don't put it right under my nose! :)

I searched all over for a mask for my friend's bachelorette party. We basically kidnapped her and didn't want her to know where we were headed for the weekend. These masks were perfect!

We wanted to paint her name on the front, with a naughty adjective of course. :) They had a great, course, material so that our paint stuck to the surface easily. She loved it! Also, the nose portion of the mask helped things stay a secret.

They were great for our purpose; however, if you are using them to sleep or for pleasure, I do not recommend them. They are rough and not too terribly comfortable.

I've had this brand of eye mask for the past 10 years and love them. I'm a frequent flyer and take a lot of red eye flights and can't survive without them. I've actually left them in the seat backs of airplanes by accident and always replaced them with the same mask by lewis n clark. They're the best and so comfy. I love the little padding that rests under your eyes and does such a superb job on keeping light out. I sleep like a baby with these guys on.

This sleep mask is quite comfortable. It's easy to adjust and blocks out the light well. You can get a small amount of light leakage around the nose, but it is possible to stop almost all of it. The only way to make a mask to fit perfectly is to get one made custom to your face. You're not going to get that for 10 bucks! This is a good product, it's inexpensive and does what it's supposed to do.

Not for side sleepers or for anyone who wants to be uncomfortable - an_honest_tradesman -
I really dislike this sleep mask. While it's comfortable and blocks out light well enough, and good for sleeping with on your back, it's really too bulky when you're sleeping on your side. I'm a side sleeper. The strap is so tight even with the most slack. One is always conscious of the connector latch on the back, and the latch is placed on the side so that it hurts your head after awhile. Worst design.

I suffer from optic neuritis (due to MS), migraines and sinus issues. I have lots of reason to love a product like this. I was using the Cervical Collar by Elasto-Gel over my eyes and forehead for headaches and such and was so pleased to find this version of the Elasto-Gel. The products are great ... meaning they are very comfortable and well constructed.

I use them for their cooling not for heat. The unit can be heated in a microwave or conventional oven or placed in the freezer. Super versatile and when used for cooling, it is not cold enough to cause ice burn / frostbite and merely is extra cool. Super soothing. The cooling factor lasts for about 20 minutes. I can switch off between both of mine but may consider buying another mask in the future.

Great for hot flashes too :)

This is great when you have a headache or back/neck pain. It warms nicely in microwave and is much better than those products that are filled with rice or seeds. It doesn't have an "odd" odor like those filled with seeds. Nice weight to product, conforms to the body very nicely. I have given this item to my sister and to my dad and they both love it as well. Highly recommend this item if you are looking for something that is well made and that can be used for hot as well as cold compresses.
